A Cold Reads Workshop is 9 a.m. – noon Dec. 9 at Spartanburg Youth Theatre. The cost is $40. Cold readings and script work are essential to the callback process, and growing comfortable with both will help students feel more confident in any audition. Cold readings are sections of dialogue or a monologue from a script that the student has never seen before. This workshop provides individualized guidance from SYT staff on tips and tricks.
