If you or your children are into Pokemon, Izzy’s Comics in Northport has a Christmas ornament decorating party on Friday you might not wanna miss.
The shop has teamed up with Druid City Makerspace for the event happening at Izzy’s Nov. 17 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Izzy’s Comics co-owner Missie Yzaguirre said she wanted to bring a festive spirit to kids for the upcoming holidays, and what better way to do it than with decorating a shared interest.
“One of the things that we really like to focus on is the giving the children in the community something to do with their parents,” Yzaguirre said. “I just want to get the kids and to do something fun and just give them something to enjoy with their families.”
