FALLS CHURCH, VA — After a successful launch of the Little City Gift Card in the City of Falls Church, $50,000 in additional funding was added to support the initiative.
The Little City Gift Card was introduced on Small Business Saturday to support Falls Church’s small businesses. The gift card is a digital e-gift card that can be used at participating City of Falls Church businesses.
According to the city, more than $147,000 in gift cards have been purchased since the initiative launched on Nov. 26.
The extra $50,000 supports bonus gift card funds given with purchases of the Little City Gift Card. For example, a $30 gift card purchase will come with a $15 bonus gift card, $50 gift card will come with a $25 bonus gift card, and $100 gift card will come with a $50 bonus gift card.
