“The Valor Institute is just getting going, but people can go to the website, valorinstitute.org, to get a preview,” she said.
In honor of Adkins’ uncle, J.C. Brooks, and her mother, Frances Brooks Adkins, the Valor Institute is establishing a Legacy Center dedicated to assisting those military families and the communities that support them.
The Valor Legacy Center will provide three foundational programs.
