Dobson Ranch Library expansion, other items before Mesa Design Review Board Tuesday

The 1,761-square-feet addition planned on the southwest corner of the library at 2425 S. Dobson Road is to be a new space for a ThinkSpot business incubator, maker space, studio and storage.
