Newmark announced a 10,000 s/f retail lease of ground-floor
space for the historic Bond Bakery Clock Tower building lat 495 Flatbush Avenue
in Brooklyn to Workshop Project, Inc., the non-profit parent of Workshop Middle
School.
Associate Director Aric Trakhtenberg represented Workshop
Middle School, which signed a ten-year lease with two five-year extensions.
Tri-State Commercial represented Albert Srour, local Brooklyn developer and
landlord of the Bond Baker Clock Tower.
“We’re thrilled to join the Prospect Lefferts community
and partner with area families, organizations, and schools,” commented Workshop
Middle School Leader Andrew Ravin. “We believe this is a huge step forward for
