Light up your winter nights with this fun Snowy Day Wickless Candle! Come into the library for your own Grab and Go DIY Snowy Day Wickless Candle Craft Kit beginning November 1st. Adult patrons can bring home one Free DIY Snowy Wickless Candle Craft Kit from the Perry Public Library. This craft kit includes materials and instructions for making one candle.
