Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking proposals for a unique suspended sculptural artwork that will become a feature artwork in the Windale Hub, bilyabayi. The project seeks to acknowledge, strengthen and celebrate the Windale community’s relationship with the site as their civic lounge room; a place to gather, learn, connect and celebrate.
