Patna: The ongoing construction work of the state-of-the-art Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Science City is nearing completion and it will be ready by June this year. Being constructed over 36,000 square metres area on 21 acre land near Moinul Haq Stadium at Rajendra Nagar, it is expected to promote and popularise science among the people as well as demonstrating the illustrious scientific development.
State building construction department’s secretary Kumar Ravi said the civil work has been completed in all the galleries, learning suites, auditoriums, orientation hall and other supporting structures of science city. “The furnishing work has been going on in full swing and is expected to be completed in the next couple of months,” he said.
