Stoughton Gallery Night returns 5-9 p.m. Friday, April 21 at several area art galleries.
Abel Contemporary Gallery is featuring an opening reception featuring the figurative sculpture of Nancy Kubale and the paintings of Lori Schappe-Youens who is traveling from her current home in South Africa to be present during Gallery Night. No. 5 will feature an installation by Katherine Steichen Rosing who explores invisible forces in forests and watersheds related to climate and other environmental issues. Along with individual openings, a group show features works in a variety of media that utilizes the human form from fifteen different artists.
