
Kenton Rotary held its first meeting of 2023 on January 4th. They herd from one of their own members, Superintendent of Kenton City Schools, Chad Thrush.
Mr. Thrush updated the club on the High School/ Middle School building project.
Last Spring, teachers, students, parents, administration, custodians, cafe workers, bus drivers, maintenance workers and community members met to share ideas for the development of the building project.
Architect firm Garmann Miller took those ideas, suggestions and discussion and created a 3D rendering, which, in part, was shared with the club.

Feedback from teachers resulted in maintaining traditional classroom space for the core subjects and more flexible spaces for elective classes.
The design was also driven by Career Technical Pathways (CTP).
