Holiday decorations and activities at Milwaukee Public Museum
The week between Christmas and New Year’s is a great time to visit the Milwaukee Public Museum. In addition to all the must-see exhibits your family loves, holiday decorations in the European Village and Streets of Old Milwaukee will stay up through Jan. 22.
In the European Village, 9 homes are decorated for Christmas or Hanukkah with culture-specific traditions in mind. And in the Streets of Old Milwaukee, there are garlands, wreaths, bells, ribbons and special items like vintage greeting cards and a Christmas plate on Granny’s mantel.
