The IT Geek Innovation Center has a variety of spaces for students to use. They offer 3D printing in the Makerspace, a relaxation area in the Colonel oasis room, to a game room where you can play video games.
“This space opened up last year, so it’s relatively new,” said Lisa Moore, director of student technology services and IT communications. “We were put off a little bit because of quarantine. We were ready by then, but then that happened. But we are fully open now.”
The Makerspace provides a variety of services for students to utilize, including a sewing machine and a computer numerical control (CNC) machine for woodwork.
