NOTICE Unofficial Minutes Muscatine School Board of Education June 14, 2021 (Timestamps in italics are associated with the corresponding location on the video for this date’s meeting. The Board of Education of the Muscatine Community School District, in the County of Muscatine, State of Iowa, met in regular session on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 7 p.m. at City Hall in Council Chambers. President Tammi Drawbaugh called the meeting to order. Directors Karen Cooney, John Dabeet, Aaron Finn, Mike Morgan, and Dennis Schuur were present. Director Toby McCarter was absent. Also present were Superintendent Clint Christopher, Executive Director of Teaching and Learning Joelle McConnaha, and Director of Finance Tom Anderson.
