Stonewall Kitchen supports SEED

DOVER — Seacoast Endowment for Education in Dover (SEED), a nonprofit organization dedicated to lifting academic excellence in Dover schools, just received a $1,000 donation from Maine specialty food producer and retailer, Stonewall Kitchen. The donation will be used to help underwrite SEED’s 2021 spring grant period.

SEED encourages Dover district teachers to apply for SEED funding twice a year via an online grant application. Criteria consideration begins with the number of students served, support of district and state standards, and overall project sustainability. The SEED Board reviews submissions and selects projects that most align with SEED’s mission to better prepare Dover students for post-secondary education and career challenges.
