Twelve makerspace trailers will be placed around Idaho for STEM edu.

The Idaho Out-Of-School Network (ION) and the University of Idaho Extension 4-H Youth Development are teaming up to teach rural and underserved areas in Idaho STEM skills.

ION and the University of Idaho will place 12 mobile makerspace trailers called Think Make Create Labs. The trailers are equipped with fun arts and crafts materials, tools and maker supplies to support STEAM education for pre-K through 8th grade youth. They will deploy four trailers in the Treasure Valley, four in Northern Idaho, two in Eastern Idaho, and two in the Magic Valley.You can find a lab near you by clicking here.
