BROOKFIELD — The idea of converting a toy jeep into a snow plow started when Lance Lamont was looking to give his son something fun to do in the winter.
The Brookfield resident already had a powered, wheeled car for his little boy but went on Facebook Marketplace for different options. He found a kids jeep that had been upgraded to 24 volts which made it more powerful and go faster. The jeep ended up being in bad shape with smoke coming out of it, so the person offered it to Lance for free.
“There were wires and things that were fried and I replaced all of the electrical parts. I made it a 24-volt powered wheel jeep,” Lance said.
