Even if romance novels don’t make you weak in the knees, the Orillia Public Library is offering plenty of heart-filled February programming to sweep you off your feet.
They say you’ve got to learn to love yourself before you can truly love another, and a great way to start that self-love journey is through meditation and yoga. Drop in to the library’s program room every Thursday at 12:15 p.m. throughout February to tap into the well-being and calm that result from practising meditation. Each session will include a short sequence of mindful movement and discussion about the basics of meditation.
